When requesting services from Coable Home Care, you agree to engage in a service agreement that includes the terms outlined in this document. Our services are strictly non-medical and are provided to assist seniors and individuals with disabilities in activities of daily living. Clients must ensure that the environment in which care is provided is safe, and any potential hazards should be communicated to us beforehand. Failure to do so may impact the quality of care delivered.
Payment for services is due as specified in the service agreement, with acceptable methods including credit card and check. Clients who fail to make timely payments may incur late fees or other charges as specified. Additionally, Coable Home Care reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of non-payment or violation of any other terms outlined in the agreement.
Coable Home Care, Inc. respects the privacy of its clients and ensures that all personal information shared during the course of service delivery is kept confidential and secure in compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations. Either party may terminate the agreement with notice as detailed in the contract, but Coable Home Care reserves the right to terminate services immediately if deemed necessary for the safety or wellbeing of the client or staff.
